Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order confirmation and payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional processing time, typically between 1-2 weeks. You will be notified via email if your order requires extra time.

Delivery Times

  • We offer a variety of shipping options, including Standard, Expedited, and Express shipping.​​

  • Delivery times vary by destination:

    • Domestic (within the US): 2-7 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected.

    • We do not currently ship outside of the United States and Canada.​​

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders over $250 may qualify for free standard shipping within the US.

  • Shipping rates for expedited andexpress are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected service.

Delivery & Insurance

  • All shipments are insured for the value of your order.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery for high-value items.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your item ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Missing or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at our customer service email. We will work with the carrier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
